I was impressed how through they were before prescribing my hearing aids.

I recently had testing for balance problems. The office was clean and the waiting area was comfortable. The staff in the reception area checked me in right away. The doctor explained the testing throughout the almost 2 hour appointment. It was a positive experience!

Dr. Troy Scanlon is beyond awesome! He is a fantastic audiologist with outstanding diagnostic skills. He fitted me with my first ever hearing aids that work well with my active lifestyle and are super comfortable and almost invisible. He is also a really nice person and takes the time to know his patients and figure out optimal solutions for every hearing challenge. Dr. Scanlon made me feel comfortable and listened carefully to my concerns before prescribing the appropriate aids. He is an expert in the latest advances in hearing solutions technologies. I came in needing a repair on my hearing aid charger but couldn't be without my own charger for any length of time during the repair. Beach Cities immediately loaned me a charger and sent me on my way a happy customer.

Recently, I had a hearing test and discovered I had hearing loss. While I was not asking others to repeat themselves or having the volume set high on the television, I wasn’t able to hear the birds sings anymore. This was extremely scary for me since I had experienced hearing loss as a child, in one of my ears.

Fortunately, I was blessed with the services of Audiologist, Troy Scanion. Troy was patient and thorough in explaining my hearing loss and suggesting a solution. Troy also explained the solution may prevent further hearing loss and other future medical problems. Based on Troy’s recommendation and my being open to his suggestions, I can now hear clearly. It is amazing how well I am able to hear.

I am grateful for Troy and will forever be thankful for his kind services.
